These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of NordicJobs.net ("Service"), operated by Test Pilot LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

NordicJobs.net is a job listing aggregator that displays English-accessible employment opportunities in Sweden, sourced from the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). We do not create job listings, act as a recruiter, or guarantee employment outcomes.

2. Free and Paid Access

The Service offers two tiers:

• Free: Browse job headlines and teasers, use keyword and region filters, and view the map.
• Subscriber: Full access to employer names, complete job descriptions, direct application links, employer filtering, and the ability to save and track jobs.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly. The current price is displayed at the time of purchase and may change with notice.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds. Due to the nature of the Service — providing immediate access to digital content (job listings and application details) — subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you no longer wish to be charged, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to prevent future charges. Cancellation is available at any time from your account settings.

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of demonstrated technical failure preventing access to the Service. Contact support@nordicjobs.net.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute job listing data in bulk
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or interfere with the Service's operation
• Share account credentials with others

6. Accuracy of Listings

Job listings are sourced from third parties and may be outdated, inaccurate, or no longer available. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing. Always verify information directly with the employer before applying.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Test Pilot LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost employment opportunities or reliance on job listing information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Test Pilot LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
